Just picked up another Subaru Brat, this one released as a Kmart exclusive. I didn't find this on the pegs - got it at a club meeting for $1.50. I like the color choice and the tampos.
Modeling in (mostly) 1/72nd scale (and any other subject that catches my attention - author suffers from acute "shiny item" syndrome)

Hot Wheels Honda S2000 - 2015 Kmart exclusive
Here is another Kmart exclusive - the Honda S2000 in Tein livery ("For your driving pleasure). It is from 2015 Mainline HW Performance segment and is 17 of 250. The green splotches overlap the white lettering on the tampos and just look messy, and I don't care for the green-tinted glass. Got it more for the casting than the particular version, to be honest.
Don't miss out on a chance to win free diecast car from me - details are here.

Hot Wheels Custom '12 Ford Mustang - 2015 Kmart exclusive
Here is a Custom '12 Ford Mustang (CFK10) released as part of the 2015 Mainline (240/250). Part of the HW Drift Race segment, this version is a Kmart exclusive. And it is a hit in my opinion. The Falken Tires livery looks great, and the black and white motif really works on this casting, making the choice of wheels particularly appropriate. I love the grey racing interior, and the details on the actual casting like the raised Mustang in the front. Hot Wheels, when it works, works really well, especially for a toy costing around $1.

Hot Wheels Nissan Titan (BFF56) from 2013 Mainline Kmart Exclusive
Was surprised to find this Kmart exclusive from 2013 still on the pegs when I went looking in November of 2015. Still running through my collection to sort out my pickups.
Late Night Run to Kmart
I've never been able to make it to a Kmart Day for Hot Wheels, so I have no first hand knowledge as to how things go. But I had time last night to run by a Kmart while I was out of town and I was surprised to find a number of Kmart exclusives from Hot Wheels - these are mainline models in exclusive colors. One even was back from 2013. So I snagged what was there, and will either trade or sell the duplicates.
