Here is M2 Machines' 1965 Ford Falcon Club Wagon from the Wild Cards line. I love late model vans, and M2 did a great job on this one.

Hot Wheels 1934 Ford (26787) from 2000 Hot Wheels Cool Collectibles

I snagged this from the last Hot Wheels Club meeting for $2.00. Here is a '34 Ford from the 2000 Cool Collectibles line from Hot Wheels (#26787). This is a nice little model with plenty of detail. From the package: The '34 Ford ranks as one of America's most popular hot rods. Over the years the custom car builders have turned thousands of these old Fords into unique, personalized street rods with enough horsepower to quickly scorch a quarter mile. With their appealing combination of good looks and maximum muscle, the '34 Fords are as popular today as they were during the '50s and '60s.

Hot Wheels Ford Mustang GT Concept - 2013 Treasure Hunt (X1671)

I got this last night at a local Target - a 2013 Treasure Hunt. I'm sure that this hit the pegs now as a return, but was surprised to see it nonetheless. I snagged it as I didn't have it - was pleasantly surprised to see it was a Treasure Hunt when I cracked it open today. Here is the 2004 Ford Mustang GT Concept as a police car. I would have preferred clear glass with a separate piece for the light bar, but what are you going to do.

Hot Wheels Ford GT - ZAMAC version (DHX89) from 2016 Mainline

The ZAMAC versions of various castings are worth collecting in my opinion. The bare metal with just the tampos add an interesting variant. This Ford GT is a great example - in the Gulf livery, it looks great. As a ZAMAC, it looks different but still looks great.

Hot Wheels 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 (16452)

The July meeting for the Indy Hot Wheels Club includes a diecast show and is well-attended by a fair number of vendors. I was able to add to my burgeoning collection and picked up this loose version of a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 (16452) that was part of a 4 car set "40th Anniversary of Signature '57s Legends" that was released in 1997. Haven't seen the other cars up close, but this model is very well done and shows how good Hot Wheels can be on their premium models. It was a bargain at $2.00.

Hot Wheels 1970 Ford Escort RS1600 (DHX59) - 2016 Mainline

The recent release of this casting has sparked some interest on my behalf for Rally Cars. Here is the 1970 Ford Escort RS 1600 sporting Castrol logos. 

1965 Ford Mustang (DLV24) from the 2016 Stars and Stripes series

From the 2016 Stars and Stripes series, here is number 3 of 10 - the 1965 Ford Mustang (DLV24). Nice casting, nice tampos. I turned 9 on the Bicentennial, and this really captures that spirit.

Johnny Lightning 1979 Ford Mustang Pace Car

The JL version of the 1979 Ford Mustang Indy 500 Pace Car. I have been lucky in finding these as I wasn't collecting when they were originally released.

Yat Ming Thunderbird (#1008)

At a recent die-cast show in Noblesville I picked up some Yat Ming die-casts that were promotional give-aways for a leasing company. Each came in a small tube, similar to a mailing tube. Here is the Ford Thunderbird by Yat Ming. I could very well be wrong, but I'm guessing that this is the 1974 Thunderbird (could be a '75 or '76). Hate the baby sh** brown, but really like the casting.

Hot Wheels Ford GT40 - 2000 Mainline

Hot Wheels has used this casting of the Ford GT40 a number of times. Here is the version from the 2000 mainline (collector #139). It is item # 27104. Also an excuse to try out different settings on my camera.

Matchbox 2015 Ford F-150 Contractor Truck (MB970)

I've  only found one of these on the pegs, so they are either rare, popular, or both. Here is one of Matchbox's recent offerings, the '15 Ford F-150 Contractor Truck, MB970. The decals are well done, and it is a good representation of its subject. Will look good on any construction site.

Merry Christmas (ish)

This post is obviously overdue. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Time to share M2's 1960 Ford C-600 semi truck and trailer in Moon Pie livery. Included was a bonus 1949 Studebaker 2R pick-up, also with Moon Pie tampos. The Studebaker came with bent axles and warped tires, so I've contacted M2 Castline to attempt to correct this. The antifreeze green works great for the Holidays.

The other model from the Pony Power Garage 2-pack - here is a '65 Ford Mustang 2+2 Fastback looking resplendent in what I am assuming is the Champagne Gold color.

Hot Wheels 1967 Custom Mustang (BFG90) - Walmart ZAMAC from 2014 Mainline

I don't try too hard to get all of the ZAMAC models, but I will pick them up when I see them on the pegs. This is a nice looking version with decals over bare medal.

Hot Wheels 1964 Ford Thunderbolt (55027), a stock car from Ford developed for racing. This was part of the 2002 Mainline.

Ford Rally from August 22, 2015 - Turkey Run State Park

Stumbled across some Ford's that were participating in some sort of meet at Turkey Run State Park back on August 22, 2015.

Matchbox 2015 5-pack Police Squad (CJM03)

Matchbox 5-pack "Police Squad" (item #CJM03). Great choice of models included. Matchbox does a great job on police vehicles, as can be seen here. From the packaging:
"When dispatch sounds the alarm, the police squad races to answer the call. From aerial surveillance to heavy armored cars, every inch of the scene is covered until justice prevails!"

First off is Rescue Helicopter (MB541). The tail boom extends and collapses so the model can fit in standard carrying cases.

Happy Holidays - 2015 Hot Wheels Holiday Hot Rods (3 of 6) - Ford 2010 Shelby GT500 Supersnake (CFV13)

The Hot Wheels Holiday cars are really "hit and miss" for me. I like the recent offerings, and I picked up 4 of the 6 from the Holiday Hot Rods. I couldn't find the Gangster Grin, and didn't like the GT-03. Here is the '10 Shelby GT500 Supersnake (CFV13).
