Matchbox premium Supreme Hero - International Pumper (MB877)

Here is one of the offerings from Matchbox's Supreme Hero line. It's the International Pumper (MB877), and sports rubber tires and nicer tampos. Great looking model - the decals for the dials really impress me.

Matchbox Supreme Hero collection - 2000 Chevrolet Suburban

Matchbox is the go-to brand for Police and Fire in 1/64 scale. They just released a premium line called Supreme Hero that had premium wheels and realistic liveries. Here is the 2000 Chevy Suburban (MB436) from that line. Marked as C-3 Fire Marshall, this is a great example of what Matchbox can do. And at around $2.50 a model, it is a bargain to boot.

Another model from the Matchbox Supreme Hero Series 2, this time the 2009 Ford E-350 Ambulance (MB944). Markings for Pasadena Fire Department. At under $3.00 a model, these are definitely worth the price.

Matchbox Supreme Hero Series 2 2006 Ford Crown Victoria Police

Matchbox reportedly canceled and then made the second series of the Supreme Hero line, and they have finally hit the local markets. Up first is the 2006 Ford Crown Victoria police car marked in Kootenai County Sheriff (a real department in Idaho).
