I got this last night at a local Target - a 2013 Treasure Hunt. I'm sure that this hit the pegs now as a return, but was surprised to see it nonetheless. I snagged it as I didn't have it - was pleasantly surprised to see it was a Treasure Hunt when I cracked it open today. Here is the 2004 Ford Mustang GT Concept as a police car. I would have preferred clear glass with a separate piece for the light bar, but what are you going to do.
Modeling in (mostly) 1/72nd scale (and any other subject that catches my attention - author suffers from acute "shiny item" syndrome)

Matchbox AEC Routemaster Bus (MB694) - from the 60th Anniversary series
Here is Matchbox's AEC Routemaster bus from the 60th Anniversary series. The casting looks great with the Union Jack proudly on its side. This is where having a tolerant wife pays off - this was one of my Valentine gifts, and was a mini grail for me. Had to get it from eBay, as I was never able to find it on the pegs.

Hot Wheels Purple Passion (X1835) from the 2013 Mainline (183/250), part of the American Turbo segment
Another custom rod based on a real vehicle - here is Hot Wheels Purple Passion based in part on a '49 Mercury. This is from the 2013 Mainline (183/250), part of the American Turbo segment.
Hot Wheels Custom '64 Galaxie 500 (X1794) from the 2013 Mainline
Here is another Galaxie 500 from my collection, this one from the Heat Fleet segment from the 2013 Mainline. Disappointed that it is starting to show some chipping on the paint. Like the orange color, but need to see if I can remove the flame job. Given the chipping on the paint, I should just strip and repaint the whole model. I like the '64 Galaxie 500, and am a fan of these larger Fords from that era.

Hot Wheels So Fine (X1836) from the 2013 Mainline American Turbo Segment (184/250)
So Fine is a custom rod based on a 1951 Buick Roadmaster. Great example of a great casting, but the tampos, especially around the engine ports, is a little off. The lines of this model look fantastic, and the grill is superb. Need to find the premium example that was released as part of Larry's Garage series.

Hot Wheels 2013 Boulevard Subaru Brat (X8291)
Here is the Subaru Brat from Hot Wheels' 2013 premium line Boulevard. With metal base and body, and real rider wheels, the casting is a little more expensive. But it is worth it in my opinion.

Matchbox 1966 Dodge A100 (MB862)
Here is the Matchbox 1966 Dodge A100 from the 2013 Regular Series (MB862). It is a great model from Matchbox, and shows what type of realism Matchbox can put into a 1/64 model and still sell it for under a buck.
