Hot Wheels 1997 Police Force 5-Pack (17461)

Cracked open this 1997 5-Pack from Hot Wheels. Big fan of Police Vehicles, so these had to come out of the box. Paint looks a little funky in some of the photos, and I'm not sure what's up with that.
